PERCEPTRAL EXPANDS BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Racine, Wisconsin – October 29, 2009 – Perceptral LLC today announced that the company has selected Theodore Lasser, Entrepreneur and Business Owner to join the Board of Directors.  Mr. Lasser will fulfill his corporate duties serving as Secretary / Director while assisting the management team in planning corporate development and tech transfer strategies.  The company has been in the research and experimental stages for developing its innovative digital sound technology. The basis of these efforts is a proprietary technique of sound segmentation that results in finer control of prosody in speech synthesis and recognition while establishing higher industry standards for sound quality and intelligibility.
  
Theodore Lasser joins Perceptral’s board adding three decades of executive guidance and experience to the Management Team. Having built several technology corporations from start-up to public IPO offering, Mr. Lasser brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience as Mentor, Investor, CEO and Founder.  Mr. Lasser will apply his executive expertise in business development and corporate building to ensure Perceptral’s scientific methods and theories are applied to real world applications.
