Loquendo has launched VoxNauta 7.2 with, among a host of other new features, an increase of up to 25 percent in the number of ports that can be run concurrently on a single server. This result has been achieved by a strong optimization of the software architecture. VoxNauta is now able to run up to 300 ports when configured as CCXML/VoiceXML +TTS server.
Loquendo VoxNauta 7.2 also adds support for two more World Wide Web Consortium standards: EMMA 1.0 (Extensible MultiModal Annotation markup language), a standard mark-up language for the semantic interpretation of inputs from a variety of modalities, including speech recognition, and PLS 1.0 (Pronunciation Lexicon Specification), enabling word pronunciations to be defined in a standardized language.
The product comes with a new profile, which exposes Loquendo text-to-speech and speech recognition technologies as http-based, Web Services interfaces. This profile makes it straightforward for service providers to add voice interaction to their applications, such as virtual contact centers, talking Web pages, speech-enabled Web applications, as well as mobile apps.
Loquendo VoxNauta is a platform for developing multilingual, multivoice IVR systems and speech-enabled services and applications that follow a Web-based architecture and standard protocols. It is available as a pure IVR or integrated with the Loquendo ASR and/or TTS engines, and, thanks to the fully modular architecture of Loquendo products, VoxNauta enables a seamless upgrade to new Loquendo voices and languages.
VoxNauta is available for Windows and Linux operating systems. Follow these links for supported Standards and available Languages and Voices.
