Lyrix, a provider of enterprise-focused software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to SMBs and Fortune 50 Companies worldwide, today announced that its Mobiso Speech Assistant is now showcased on the GENBAND GENApps Web site alongside other high-value business applications.
As showcased on GENApps, the Mobiso Speech Assistant removes the previous barriers to broader speech acceptance, eliminating the hardware, price, and expertise issues. The GENApps site includes an array of rich business communications applications.
Stewart Hampton, director of marketing at Lyrix, states: "We are very excited to have the Mobiso Speech Assistant included in the GENBAND GENApps Showcase. Speech Enabled Auto Attendant (SEAA) is one of the most frequently requested features from business VoIP customers and service providers that deploy Mobiso will generate revenue and reduce churn across their business subscriber base. With automated provisioning and integration to the GENBAND A2 platform, service providers using Mobiso will be able to quickly and easily deliver a superior-quality SEAA to their enterprise clients without the cost, hardware, and technical hurdles traditionally associated with speech recognition applications."
Mobiso automatically creates a cloud tenancy for each enterprise customer and directory adds, moves, and changes flow to the cloud, keeping the customer's speech directory up-to-date. The user can speak the names of people, places, products, etc. External callers, trying to reach your customer's users, can be serviced by Mobiso the same way, with a company greeting welcoming the caller and then routing the caller to the correct destination; in this way, Mobiso serves as a customer service application in addition to a speech dialer for the customer.
