Ryan Pellet Joins Nexidia to Lead Strategic Business Analytics Initiative
The new senior vice president has nearly two decades of experience in the customer experience and customer analytics markets.
Atlanta, GA (2/8/2011) -

ATLANTA, February 8, 2011 — Nexidia, a provider of audio search and speech analytics solutions, today announced the addition of Ryan Pellet to the company's executive management team. Having nearly two decades of experience in the customer experience and customer analytics markets, Pellet will join Nexidia as senior vice president responsible for extending the use of speech analytics as a critical business analytics solution to help corporations maximize their investments in outsourced contact center activities.

Mr. Pellet was a founding member of Accenture's global customer relationship management practice, where he was an executive. He also founded Finali, an analytics services company that was acquired by Convergys in 2004. At Convergys, Pellet was vice president of the Global Consulting Services Group and the Center for Applied Customer Analytics, where he worked with clients to implement best-practice methods for contact center operations using data collected from customer interactions.

As part of his responsibilities, Pellet will lead the Outsourcer Effectiveness practice at Nexidia. This program provides specialized tools within Nexidia's Enterprise Speech Intelligence (ESI) solutions, and allows Fortune 100 corporations to measure and rank their outsource service providers and drive targeted performance improvements.

"Companies spend billions on contact center outsourcing, and yet most of them use archaic methods with cost as the only measure of efficiency for their chosen partners. While costs are important, this method only scratches the surface of the business value that exists in these customer interactions," Pellet said. "With Outsourcer Effectiveness, we give our clients the ability to clearly, quantitatively, and consistently see which outsourcers perform, and give them data to make sure they are getting the value they expect."

"Ryan's experience leading companies in their contact center outsourcer programs is a great fit with Nexidia's leading speech analytics solutions, and will create significant opportunities for Nexidia and our clients," said John Willcutts, Nexidia's president and CEO.
