VoiceVault has released VoiceVault Enterprise, the latest version of its award winning voice biometric product.  Enterprise is tailored to meet the growing needs of customers and partners needing to install and develop voice biometric solutions in corporate enterprise environments.  Enterprise is a fully scalable solution based on a highly secure database-based architecture that is specifically designed for ease of integration into corporate IT infrastructure.

The Enterprise product provides a new rich API for the integration of voice biometric capabilities into an IVR call flow, or into bespoke voice applications.  In addition, it provides a new powerful API that delivers the ability to integrate configuration, monitoring and reporting functionality into a customer application.

At the heart of VoiceVault Enterprise is an enhanced core biometric engine that increases verification accuracy, increases throughput performance, and increases replay attack detection performance.  This is an enhanced version of the biometric engine that has been in continuous development and use within VoiceVault technology for over 20 years. 

The biometric engine that drives VoiceVault technology provides robust and mature digit-based text-dependent biometric capabilities.  It is renowned for the high verification accuracy that it can achieve from short utterances (small amounts of speech).

Enterprise scalable architecture

The use of industry standard database infrastructure provides high-security storage, ease of data replication and backup, ease or reporting, and supports the enterprise scalable architecture.  The database model, along with the scalable and configurable biometric engine deployment model enables full load balancing and failover.  The biometric transaction processing methodology enables different types of biometric requests to be processed differently.  This provides a powerful mechanism to tune the system for transaction-type specific processing models.
