Aspect to Offer SpeechPro's VoiceKey on Its Innovation Exchange

SpeechPro, a provider of voice recording, processing, analysis, and biometrics solutions, announced today that its VoiceKey biometrics offering will be included in Aspect's Innovation Exchange, a marketplace of applications built by Aspect Professional Services, customers or partners that improve customer engagement and increase efficiency in the contact center.

The partnership has also resulted in a VoiceKey integration with Aspect's Prophecy IVR platform.

Alexey Khitrov, president of SpeechPro, calls Aspect "one of the most forward-looking companies in customer engagement solutions." The addition of Voicekey to the Innovation Exchange, he adds, will give Aspect customers access to "the most cutting-edge voice biometrics solutions."

"This puts us where a very large number of customers can find us," he adds.

"The Aspect Innovation Exchange is designed to leverage the latest technology and trends, such as cloud, mobile, social, etc., to improve the customer engagement experience for device-empowered consumers," says Mike Moors, Aspect's vice president of worldwide channels. "Partners like SpeechPro will play a big part of our success in making the exchange a robust entry point for ground-breaking customer engagement and care solutions, including mobile and omnichannel capabilities."

SpeechPro's VoiceKey was already available through Avaya's DevConnect, an online marketplace for customers to integrate third-party products and solutions, following a deal the two companies announced in June.

Through the DevConnect program, Avaya provides customers a wide range of technical access and support for the Avaya Aura Experience Portal. The partnership will help expand the reach of VoiceKey as a means to authenticate the identity of individuals and secure customer information.

Khitrov says this latest partnership with Aspect is the continuation of a long-standing relationship his firm had with Voxeo, which was acquired by Aspect in June 2013.

In May 2013, SpeechPro announced a partnership with Voxeo to deliver SpeechPro's VoiceKey Intelligent Voice Authentication solution to any customer using Voxeo IVR services.

Khitrov says the Aspect announcement also continues momentum that SpeechPro has been building over the past few months. "2014 was a really good year for us. We're really growing," he states. "We tripled our sales in the U.S. last year, and I see even more growth ahead in 2015."

Among the areas where the company will be focusing its attention this year are mobility, Web, and multimodal applications, according to Khitrov.
