VoiceVerified Expands Marketing Effort

Under a co-marketing agreement reached yesterday, ICT Group, a provider of customer management and business process outsourcing solutions, will begin offering voice biometrics solutions from VoiceVerified to its customers.

The VoiceVerified solution will offer ICT Group’s customers a streamlined call flow process that eliminates the need for passwords, PINs, access codes, and disclosure of private information. Instead, the application prompts users to repeat a random five-digit number for positive identification in just a few seconds.

Wayne Cluff, president of VoiceVerified, calls the solution "a cost-effective, more simplified means of validating a caller’s identity."

"With our Point-Service-Provider (PSP), our hosted voice enrollment and verification services, we do everything at our network center. The voice sample comes to us, we compare it to our files and you have an answer in seconds. There’s virtually no additional hardware to buy or licensed software to install. It couldn’t be simpler."

This value-added technology solution can be used across vertical markets like financial services, banking, healthcare, communications, and other transaction-based applications. Other targeted applications include employee authentication and time and attendance systems.

The VoiceVerified solution will allow ICT to provide its customers "another solution to streamline their customer service needs," John Brennan, chairman and CEO of ICT Group, said in a statement. "This co-marketing agreement is another example of how we are enhancing our already comprehensive, diversified service offering to include additional high-value, ROI-driven customer and marketing analytics solutions."
