Envox Worldwide Appoints Two New Vice Presidents

Sam Waicberg has joined the company as vice president of sales for the Americas. Waicberg will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for Envox Americas. He will be based at the company's headquarters in Westborough, Mass. and will be reporting directly to Bern Bradstreet, the company's executive vice president and general manager of Envox Americas.

Waicberg brings more than 15 years of sales management experience to Envox Worldwide. Prior to joining the company, he was the vice president of worldwide sales for Ascendent Systems where he was responsible for all aspects of revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Prior to Ascendent, Waicberg spent four years at Aspect Communications Corporation where he was first the vice president of sales for the Eastern region, and then later, the vice president of indirect channels for North America. Before Aspect, Waicberg held positions in sales management at Blue Martini Software, Talus Solutions, Inc., Crossworlds Software, Oracle Corporation, SNET Mobility and NYNEX Corporation.

Tony Lenox also joined Envox as vice president of worldwide customer service and support. Lenox will be based at Envox Worldwide's corporate headquarters in Westborough, Mass. and will be responsible for developing the company's overall customer service and support (CSS) strategy, as well as for managing the CSS operation in the Americas.

Lenox brings nearly 20 years of customer service and support experience to Envox Worldwide. He joins Envox Worldwide from Pegasystems, Inc., where he spent the past three years as the senior director of global customer support leading the worldwide customer support organization. Prior to joining Pegasystems, Lenox was the director of customer support at Epiphany, Inc. for three years, and worked at Edify Corporation for six years, where he was the director of technical support. Lenox also worked for ROLM/IBM.
