Glenayre Provides Versera Platform To Dallas-based MetroPCS

ATLANTA, GA - Glenayre Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: GEMS) announced that MetroPCS, a wireless network operator that will deploy an all-digital network based on third generation infrastructure and handsets, will integrate Glenayre's Versera Large Solution platform into its Miami market. The Versera Large Solution platform, built on an open, standards-based architecture, will enable MetroPCS to offer its customers services including Dial-by-Voice and Constant Touch(R) one number service.
