Holly Connects Expands Internationally

SYDNEY and PHOENIX - Sydney-based company, Holly Connects, managed services and large enterprises, expanded to North America.

Key to the expansion into North America is the company's partnership with Product Support Solutions, offering service, maintenance and support focused on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and call center technology industry together with a deepening of the company's relationship with Nuance.

Product Support Solutions (PSS) will support the Holly Voice Platform by providing integration, application development, business development and ongoing customer maintenance. 

Customers include Vodafone UK, Vodafone Australia (and "Lara"), Telstra, Unwired and PowerTel, with applications across:

  • Managed services offering hosting speech solutions for Enterprise and Government customers;
  • Mobile service offerings as a peripheral for Telco networks;
  • Customer care solutions for automation of services and information delivery; and,
  • Hosted multi-tenanted voice dialing.

Holly Voice Platform
The Holly Voice Platform is a VoiceXML conformant solution. Holly integrates with existing telephony and Web-based infrastructure and supports touchtone, speech recognition, CTI and call control.

The platform integrates into core Telco networks with CTI, Network CTI and Intelligent Network touch-points deployed with Alcatel, Cisco, Ericsson, OpenIN, eServ and others for call handling, network call centers and other functionality.
