IKEA Uses Nortel Networks IVR technology in Central Europe

FRANKFURT, GERMANY - IKEA has deployed interactive voice response (IVR) technology from Nortel Networks [NYSE/TSX: NT] for its customer service centers in Germany and Switzerland.
