Neiman Marcus Delivers Speech-Enabled Applications from InterVoice-Brite

Neiman Marcus has deployed InterVoice-Brite's speech-enabled customer service applications to provide a premier shopping and service experience for its customers.

The applications include speech recognition technology from SpeechWorks International.
