SpeechStorm Releases Kubrick Personalisation Platform

SpeechStorm today launched the "Kubrick" release of its Personalisation Platform, which includes enhanced Mobile eXperience capabilities, a new Super Queue capability for Genesys, Payment Card Industry (PCI)-compliant payments for software-as-a-service customers, and other new features. Kubrick also extends SpeechStorm support to include Oracle database and Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP).

The new Mobile eXperience (MX) capabilities include integrated maps, camera, and on-device search. SpeechStorm MX is now available on Amazon Web Services, providing instant scalability for organizations in line with customer demand for self-service applications on iPhone and Android devices.

Super Queue for Genesys uses expected wait times for contact center queues to prompt the caller with option of a callback by the next available agent or let the customer choose a time slot for a callback, and automatically schedule that call on the Genesys platform so that the organization's promise to the customer is kept.

PCI-compliant payments means that organizations of all sizes can now use SpeechStorm's SaaS platform to accept self-service or agent-assisted payment transactions in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements.

Kubrick extends SpeechStorm support to include Oracle database, as an alternative to Microsoft SQL Server 2008, and Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP).With support for Cisco CVP, organizations using Cisco Contact Center can now take advantage of SpeechStorm's unique personalization capabilities for interactive voice response (IVR) and a range of more than 60 self-service applications.

Other new features include Instant Prompt Recorder and Virtual Call Driver to improve productivity and ease-of-use in designing, testing, and deploying new call flows.

"More and more companies are using SpeechStorm solutions to be able to differentiate their offering from their competitors. The new features we've added in Kubrick will provide our existing customers with the ability to further improve their customers' experiences," said Oliver Lennon, CEO of SpeechStorm, in a statement. "By extending our support to other platforms we are extending our reach to more of these companies and confirming our position as leaders in voice and mobile customer experience."
