UTOPY Joins Cisco Developer Network

UTOPY announced that it has joined the Cisco Developer Network as a solution developer within the contact center applications technology category.

In addition, UTOPY's SpeechMiner Customer Interaction Analytics platform has successfully completed interoperability testing with Cisco MediaSense. Cisco MediaSense is an open-standards, network-based, scalable platform that supports recording, playback, live streaming, and storage of media, including audio and video, with rich recording metadata.

As a solution developer, UTOPY has completed interoperability verification testing based on criteria set forth by Cisco, and can provide its customers 24-hour, 7-days-a-week customer support, the companies said. With offerings such as UTOPY SpeechMiner, customers can more quickly deploy a broad range of Cisco compatible business applications, devices, or services that can enhance the capabilities, performance, and management of their Cisco network.
