LemonIT Partners with Convergys to Provide Intervoice Voice Portal Solution to Korean Market

Convergys announced today that LemonIT, based in Seoul, South Korea, has agreed to sell Intervoice Voice Portal solutions from Convergys.

LemonIT specializes in delivering self-service IP communications and traditional time-division multiplexing (TDM) technology to contact centers in a variety of vertical industries including financial services and electronics. As part of the agreement, the only voice portal solutions LemonIT will have in its portfolio will be Intervoice Solutions from Convergys.
