Pronexus Launches IVR Solutions Locator

Pronexus, developer of the Pronexus VBVoice interactive voice response (IVR) application development toolkit, announced today the launch of a new IVR solutions locator.

Businesses looking for a ready-to-deploy IVR solution now have the ability to search the Global Solutions Locator to find a prebuilt speech solution developed with the .NET IVR toolkit VBVoice.

“The Global Solutions Locator brings IVR solutions and solution developers to a global market, enabling organizations in search of productivity-enhancing voice solutions to quickly launch their IVR application, rather than go through a complete build process,” said Pronexus Vice President of Sales Steve Brown.

Thousands of companies all over the world use VBVoice in IVR applications, varying from auto-attendants to automated payments, fax applications, notifications, polls and surveys. Part of Pronexus’ business model is to provide potential customers the flexibility to choose between developing an IVR application in house leveraging Pronexus’ Professional Services or buying a turn-key IVR solution from one of Pronexus’ partners that have integrated VBVoice into their solutions.

Located on Pronexus’ newly-launched Web site, the Global Solutions Locator allows companies to search for IVR solutions by application type, geography, industry,or partner name. “Pronexus partners build amazingly innovative solutions using the VBVoice IVR toolkit. Buying a ready-to-deploy IVR solution from one of our partners is a good alternative for companies that don’t have the development resources or knowledge in-house,” said Gary Hannah, CEO of Pronexus. “Also, buying a ready-to-deploy IVR solution shortens the time to deployment and allows companies to start reaping the benefits of an IVR solution faster than starting from the scratch.”

“Our partners now have the opportunity to extend their marketing reach, and thereby expand their markets,” Brown said. “We are launching this Global Solutions Locator service as a “market” where companies looking for solutions and the VBVoice developer community can meet.”
