Vocantas IVR Now Guaranteed to Integrate with Avaya
Vocantas, a provider of interactive voice response technologies, announced today that its Utilities OnCall IVR is now a certified Avaya DevConnect product. With the Avaya certification, Vocantas customers can be sure their Utilities OnCall IVR will integrate seamlessly within the Avaya environment.
To be certified, the Vocantas Utilities OnCall IVR product underwent extensive testing by Avaya engineers to ensure seamless integration with Avaya products.
Now, Avaya customers can add the benefits of IVR to their existing Avaya environment, entirely risk-free. The global-reaching DeveloperConnection (DevConnect) Program combines the capabilities of Avaya market-leading communications technologies with the innovative products of a unique group of third-party developers. The DevConnect Program taps experienced business and technology market leaders selected by Avaya for their expertise in hardware, software and other services. Avaya customers now have a cost-effective option for interactive voice in their utility, hospital, clinic, university, college or business, using Vocantas IVR.
Prior to being accepted into the program, candidates must:
- Have reputable customer references, a sales channel, and product support organization;
- Be in good financial health, as defined by Avaya; and
- Have product(s) that are generally available in the marketplace or have product(s) or custom applications currently under development.
Utilities OnCall, a VBVoice IVR application, built by Vocantas, was successfully compliance tested with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.0.1 and Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.1 by Avaya's DevConnect technical team and officially accepted as compliant.The Avaya DevConnect program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co- marketing of innovative third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions.
