Maria Aretoulaki (PhD) is Head of Speech Design at Vicorp specializing in call flow, grammar and prompt design and tuning, and usability testing for Voice User Interfaces and voice portals. Maria has been working on natural speech systems since 1996 as a VUI Designer, Project Manager or R&D Team leader.
