Jim Barnett is a software architect who is responsible for Aspect’s self-service product line and speech standards work. Before coming to Aspect, he did research on natural language processing and speech recognition at Dragon Systems and the Microelectronics and Computer Corporation. He holds a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin.
