John Fuentes is a Principal Solutions Architect for Intervoice’s Global Consulting Services Department. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He has developed and mentored many projects in the area of expert systems, VoiceXML, development tools for the IVR industry, and automation tools for semi-conductor factories. John has been acquainted with VoiceXML since the inception of the 0.9 version of the W3C specification and is a W3C Certified VoiceXML Developer. John has been working in the Voice User Interface area for 6 years and currently has two patents pending in this area.
