Judi Halperin is a Speech Engineer with Avaya’s Professional Services, Contact Center Practice, Self Service Solutions team, focusing on complex grammar development and application tuning. She has worked in the speech industry for over 10 years, and holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Linguistics and a M.A. in Computer Science, both from Brandeis University.
