Mike Uhlenkamp is Call Center Technology Manager for DIRECTV. He is responsible for all IVR applications servicing DIRECTV customers and internal employees. In his current role, Mike has found ways to use Natural Language, ASR and DTMF technologies to assist DIRECTV in providing exceptional service on over 15 million calls each month.
Mike has worked in call center operations for the past nine years in a variety of capacities including VUI design, system migration and implementation and vendor selection and relations. He holds a degree in Financial Management from the University of North Dakota.
