Ifbyphone Releases Version 3.1 with More Customized Tools

Phone automation services provider Ifbyphone today launched Ifbyphone Version 3.1, which provides enhanced campaign management tools with customized call tracking reports and establishes a Reseller Portal for managing numerous accounts concurrently.

The software also includes Web-based API testing and troubleshooting to help developers create links from in-house applications to Ifbyphone services.
 
“We’ve simplified, streamlined and strengthened customer management for our channel partners to meet the evolving needs of their fast-expanding base of businesses,” says Irv Shapiro, CEO of Ifbyphone. “We’re making it easier for developers to use our [application programming interfaces], for resellers to manage accounts, and for marketers to track campaigns.”
 
 Included in the new release are several applications.

“Our goal for the new release was to add features that have been requested by both our customers and our resellers,” Shapiro said. “And, we believe they all will be very interested in how Ifbyphone Version 3.1 helps them achieve their various goals.”
