Newfound Communications, a provider of call recording, interactive voice response (IVR) and dialing solutions for the telecommunications industry, has announced a strategic reseller partnership with Merrill & Associates, a full-service technology consultancy based in California and Nevada. Under the terms of the agreement, Merrill & Associates will resell Newfound’s full portfolio of solutions, including IP Call Recorder, VXML Dialer, and MediaMixer. 

Merrill & Associates is a provider of end-to-end business communications solutions, including Voice over IP (VOIP), unified communications, voice/data convergence, messaging solutions, video conferencing, contact center applications, and network/carrier services.
