Ifbyphone Launches Enhanced SourceTrak to Give Marketers More Control Over Voice Interactions
Posted Sep 16, 2011

Ifbyphone, a provider of voice-based marketing automation, has launched SourceTrak 3.0. Enhancements to this call tracking application give marketers more detailed control. Users can now apply negative keyword parameters, protect data integrity during an activity spike, and work faster within the SourceTrak interface.

SourceTrak measures the metrics related to voice-based interactions down to the keyword level, allowing users to pinpoint which PPC ad, organic search term, or domain generates a call. SourceTrak scales to any size campaign, from a simple A/B test of two landing pages to a large pay-per-click campaign. Additionally, SourceTrak integrates with popular online sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Unbounce. In conjunction with other Ifbyphone applications, users can even receive real-time lead distribution. SourceTrak 3.0 takes tracking a step further by refining these measurement tools for more targeted results and improved usability.

New features of SourceTrak 3.0 include the following:

"Marketers often struggle with how best to capture the quantity and quality of leads generated from offline marketing efforts, and it can be even more challenging to determine which of those leads are converting," said Irv Shapiro, CEO of Ifbyphone. "Though companies may have Web-centric marketing automation, they miss opportunities by overlooking the importance of voice-based marketing automation. SourceTrak is a powerful tool for marketers because with one application, they can comprehensively track all voice-based interactions."
