Genesys Acquires OVM Solutions

Genesys' acquisition of OVM adds to its portfolio of automated proactive messaging solutions.

Genesys, a provider of customer experience and contact center solutions, has acquired OVM Solutions, a provider of on-demand, automated messaging for proactive communications. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The investment brings added expertise and scale to the Genesys cloud-based proactive communications offerings.

As an existing partner of Genesys with a substantial installed base of customers, OVM Solutions brings expertise in sales and marketing to the Genesys Proactive Customer Communications solution. Genesys Proactive Customer Communications delivers more than 2 billion messages per year in 30 countries for more than 350 customers.

OVM Solutions has more than a decade of expertise in designing, scripting, training, and voice talent selection to deliver sales and marketing campaign performance for a range of organizations and applications, including financial services, non-profits, healthcare, collections, retail, utilities, events, and political campaigns.
