bridgeSpeak Leverage Empirix's Hammer to Test New Voice Application for Auto Dealerships

NEW YORK - bridgeSpeak leveraged Empirix's Hammer automated testing system to test drive its new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution for auto dealerships.

bridgeSpeak AR (for Automotive Retailers) is a telephone-based IVR solution designed to address the needs of automotive dealerships. It utilizes Microsoft's latest speech technology platform, Microsoft Speech Server 2004.

Empirix's automated test systems and services are based on its Hammer technology. Hammer's patented transaction engine technology navigates voice applications - listening to prompts, speaking through speech recognition systems, and navigating IVRs. Hammer enables organizations to measure voice application performance from the end-user perspective, and to correlate that performance with data on the performance of the underlying infrastructure, so they can identify and correct potential problems that might impact the end-user experience.
