Mutare Releases App for Voicemail Message Greetings

As part of EVM Mobile, Mutare’s Greeting Changer feature works with Avaya voicemail systems and allows mobile users to change their greetings without having to call and log into voicemail. EVM Mobile version 2 has a built-in greeting changer that allows users to record greetings on their smartphones and upload them.

The mobile application is free and can change the greetings on Avaya Aura Messaging and Avaya Modular Messaging systems that are enabled with Mutare's EVM Plus application. Greeting changer interacts directly with EVM Plus to manage voicemail greetings.

Changing your greeting can be a headache, and Mutare is always trying to make things easy. With the Greeting Changer feature of EVM Mobile, changing your voicemail greeting is as simple as a few taps of your smartphone."

This free feature will be available at the end of March for the iPhone and Android for all EVM Plus users at release 2.3.5 or later.
