Voice Automation and UpSource Join Forces to Deliver Call Center Voice Solutions

WESTFORD, MA and CAMBRIDGE, MA - Voice Automation Inc. and UpSource Inc. announced a strategic partnership agreement offering a reduced-risk, proof-of-concept program for delivering Voice Automation's solutions. This agreement allows customers of both companies worldwide to prove ROI through new and replacement voice systems, without an outlay of equipment and associated resources. UpSource, Inc.-provider of customer service and relationship management services- will offer customers a fast and easy way to develop and deploy voice applications built on Voice Automation's products and solutions. This short-term, reduced cost program couples UpSource's skilled 24/7, best-of-breed voice technologies, with Voice Automaton's field-proven reliability and scalability. When the program ends, the benefits are validated and the customer decides on the most appropriate deployment methodology: to move into production as either a hosted or on-premise solution.
