Acapela Group and Makebeliever Productions have partnered to release the voice-animated messaging solution Demo, featuring the voice of Uncle Sam, to offer marketers the ability to quickly and efficiently promote their brands and products online and Internet users to send friends, family, and colleagues truly personalized and engaging messaging through a beloved American icon. The solution harnesses the power of speech synthesis and Flash animation and allows users to also insert their company logos, taglines, and other brand or product-related information.
With the release of Uncle Sam, the two companies are strengthening their relationship started in December 2007 with an innovative Christmas online messaging application featuring a real actor and speech-enabled by Acapela text to speech to deliver, straight from the mouth of Santa Claus, recipient specific information, all without the need for any post-production processing.
Marketers can also choose to leverage Acapela’s suite of existing characters and voices or work with the company to create custom characters and voices in as little as two weeks. It also lets users customize colour schemes, links, and visual content
Pricing is performance-based, meaning that the marketer is only responsible for payment as its messages are generated and distributed by consumers. Acapela can even specify a fee cap, ensuring that the marketer does not spend a dollar beyond what is budgeted for a campaign.
