Allison became the newest member of the Loquendo TTS family.

Like all of Loquendo's voices, Allison, a U.S. English voice, is available for telephony, multimedia and embedded applications. She benefits from high-quality speech synthesis, fluency achieved by concatenation smoothing, natural speech with the insertion of pauses and vocal intonations, enhanced pronunciation accuracy thanks to the Morphological Analyser, and an emotional component that gives her life-like expression and a wide emotional range.

A recent innovation integrated into Loquendo's TTS engine is the Dynamic Range Control algorithm, providing improved voice intelligibility in noisy environments. Via simple runtime controls, the audio characteristics can be fine-tuned for high/low frequencies, compression, etc., and adapted to specific speakers and audio devices. Voice service developers can now find this wizard built into the Loquendo TTS Director tool.

Loquendo TTS is currently available in U.S. and U.K. English, American Spanish, Mexican, Chilean and Argentinian Spanish, Castilian, Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Brazilian, Portuguese, Italian, Esperanto, German, French, Dutch, Greek, Mandarin Chinese, Swedish, Turkish, Canadian French, and Polish in both male and female voices.
