MicroAutomation, a systems integrator of call center automation solutions, has named Pat Mustico its director of sales.

Mustico brings extensive experience in sales and business growth from his tenures at Ricoh Professional Services, Archer Management Services, and Alltel Mobile Communications. At his most recent venture at Ricoh Professional Services, he helped grow new business by 300 percent, increased the average sales margin, and developed sales tools and a selling process that increased the close rate exponentially.
