Valerie Wilson Travel, a New York-based travel management company,contracted with Reservation Center to offer clients after-hours callsupport services, including VIP Desk services, beginning next month.

Reservation Center’s call support enables travelers to call from any country and reach a qualified agent who can modify or create reservations for air, hotel, car, and rail. Reservation Center agents can access a traveler’s online profile, issue electronic tickets, and send email itineraries to assist in emergency situations.

The VIP Desk also provides expedited call response by specially trained agents, automated airline upgrades, and seat maps for selected seat assignments.
