Alex Choy Appointed Edify Vice President of Engineering

SANTA CLARA, CA - Edify® Corporation announced Alex Choy has been named vice president of engineering. Choy will be responsible for maintaining long-term technical strategies and processes.

"His ability to drive strategies and motivate teams throughout his career gives us the confidence that he will take Edify's product solutions to the next level of development and innovation."

 

Prior to joining Edify, Choy held positions as worldwide senior vice president of engineering at Interwoven and vice president of engineering at Veritas.

Edify also announced Ken Waln will focus exclusively as Edify's chief technology officer to drive the continued adoption of Edify's innovative technology solutions that automate the convergence of voice, speech, and platform data integration to enhance customer service and reduce costs for customers worldwide.
