Vocantas Partners with Kronos

Vocantas is partnering with Kronos, a provider of workforce management and human capital management solutions in the cloud, to integrate Kronos' workforce management solution and Vocantas' multichannel communications solution.

Vocantas uses advanced computer telephony and speech recognition technology to provide organizations with multichannel outreach and customer service capabilities across healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, services, and utilities industries.

Through this partnership, Vocantas will allow Kronos customers to extend interactive voice response (IVR), text, and email to their end users to communicate with their workforce management solutions directly. Kronos customers can now offer interactive inbound absence reporting and outbound automated shift scheduling.
