Ann Taylor Renews Customer Care Contract With Convergys

CINCINNATI - Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG) will continue to deliver customer service for Ann Taylor, an American women's specialty retailer, under the terms of a contract renewal.

Convergys will continue to provide traditional telephone, fax, and interactive voice response technologies for customer sales and service support in addition to special initiatives for Ann Taylor store customers, online customers, and store associates.
