SAN BRUNO, CA - Apptera™ introduced a suite of configurable packaged speech applications for the financial services market. Apptera's Financial Services Suite includes a set of speech applications to automate an array of transactions.

The suite of applications is designed to engage callers and enable enterprises to provide customer service. Apptera Financial Services Suite initially is intended to give users the ability to locate ATMs and Branches, access individual account information, transfer funds, capture name and address, make payments from an account and quote rates.
