HTI Voice Solutions has been selected by CVS to deliver Multi-Media Contact Center technology from Avaya.
While agent efficiency is important to contact Centers, it is also important to implement technologies that allow for future growth and expansion. HTI will provide CVS with state of the art CTI technology and a foundation for a multi-channel contact center.
