CallMiner and IS Solutions Execute Reseller Agreement

CallMiner and IS Solutions, a provider of software and services for public and private sector clients, today announced the companies had executed a reseller agreement to integrate speech analytics into IS Solutions’ suite of products and solutions.

“IS Solutions' aim is to expand upon our success in building business intelligence solutions for our enterprise clients by deploying a strategic product like speech analytics,” said Peter Kear, sales director at IS Solutions. “By mining customer conversations, CallMiner tracks behaviors, identifies causes and reports results to enable better customer relationships, increased retention and more productive contact centre agents. IS Solutions believes that integrating speech analytics with existing business and website data completes the customer experience analytics puzzle, enabling us to provide comprehensive user information across all channels and resulting in superior business intelligence.”

IS Solutions will resell CallMiner’s Eureka speech analytics suite across Europe and will augment this with value added services including implementation, training and support.
