Mutare Apps Now Compliant with Avaya IP Office

Mutare's EVM Plus giSTT and giSTT Hosted speech-to-text applications have been certified "Avaya Compliant" with the IP Office messaging platform. EVM and giSTT Hosted deliver a text transcription of voice messages to email with availability of an audio file, text, and instant messaging.

As a technology partner of the Avaya DevConnect program, Mutare could submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya-compliant. Doing so ensures that businesses are able to add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
