NMS Appoints VP and General Manager of Platform Solutions Business
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — NMS Communications (NASDAQ: NMSS) appointed Joel Hughes as vice president and general manager of NMS's Platform Solutions business.
Hughes will be responsible for evolving NMS's Vision media server and gateway solutions and Open AccessTM products for voice, video and data applications.
Hughes joined NMS early in 2006 as part of the acquisition of IMS handset applications provider Openera Technologies, where he was president & CEO. Prior to joining Openera, he was founder, president and CEO of SnowShore Networks, an IP media server company.
