RISHON LE-ZION and TEL AVIV, ISREAL - NSC Natural Speech Communications Ltd., a provider of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technologies and Persay Ltd., a provider of Speaker Verification (SV) technology, announced a partnership agreement to have both technologies available at both companies. The companies believe that by combining the two technologies they can enhance their product offerings and take speech technologies on boards to the next level. The companies plan to cooperate on both the marketing and technological levels. On the technological level the companies will initially integrate the two platforms on one server and later on plan to offer it on a board and a chip. "Persay is excited to see NSC adding Persay's Speaker Verification to NSC's packaged applications", said Almog Aley-Raz, CEO of Persay. "We believe that combining the two technologies broadens the product offering and also allows for additional features and better performances for both solutions. For us, NSC's State-of-the-Art technology, will allow for better performance levels as well as offering features like a voice only solution". "We are happy to be working together with Persay," said Dr. Ami Moyal, CEO of NSC. "With Persay's leading Speaker Verification Technology we can add another dimension to our solutions for applications such as Voice portals, Voice Activated Dialing and Unified messaging. Adding a biometric based access control device will allow for additional automated services and a faster Return on Investment to our customers. Moving together to a joint solution on a board or a chip will open new possibilities for both companies.
