Nuance Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search Now Available in Norway and Sweden
Nuance Communications' Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search apps for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad are continuing their rapid global expansion with their debut in Norway and Sweden.
The launch in Norway and Sweden also marks an important milestone for the Dragon Apps with availability in 20 countries worldwide since coming to market in December 2009. Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search support 17 languages across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, with multilingual capabilities that allow all Dragon Apps users to easily switch between supported languages as they become available.
Dragon Dictation is iOS-4 compatible and features a pop-up toolbar with app icons for access to email, SMS, Facebook or Twitter status updates, or the clipboard. Dragon Dictation also includes an Auto Save function that retains dictated text when the user is interrupted by an incoming phone call.
Dragon Search for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch is also now available on the App Store, allowing users to speak any search query to find information and answers on the mobile Web. Dragon Search is the only app to feature Nuance's Dragon Search Carousel, which delivers faster, smarter search results within seconds across multiple channels, including Google or Yahoo!, iTunes, Twitter, Wikipedia, and YouTube.

Both Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search are available for free from the Norwegian Apple App Store, as well as on the Swedish Apple App Store.
Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search support U.S., U.K.. and Australian English, German, European and Canadian French, Italian, Americas and European Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwan Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian and Swedish. The applications are available in the U.S., Canadian, Mexican, U.K., German, French, Italian, Australian, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, Korean, Swiss, Austrian, Dutch, Belgian, Norwegian, and Swedish App Stores.
