Speech Processing Solutions Releases Philips Pocket Memo

Speech Processing Solutions, a provider of professional dictation systems, has launched the Philips Pocket Memo, the last version in its line of handheld mobile dictation recorders.

The Pocket Memo features a classic mode animation display that gives users the look and feel of an analog tape recorder while having the latest advances in digital technology.

The new Pocket Memo includes the following features:

  • Three-dimensional microphone technology, with multiple built-in microphones to pick up recordings from around the room.
  • A built-in motion sensor that monitors when the device is on a surface or held in the users' hand to automatically select the best recording mode.
  • Lightweight, asymmetric, and durable design.
  • Integration with SpeechExec Pro software.

"This new device was designed with busy users in mind and to be as easy to use and implement as possible, especially for users who are hesitant to make the switch from analog to digital," said Thomas Brauner, CEO of Speech Processing Solutions, in a statement. "Making the switch will help businesses and professionals save time and money, both of which are important in today's busy working environment."
