VenturCom's BXP Software Selected by Time Warner Cable for Its Greensboro, NC Call Center Operations

WALTHAM, Mass. - Time Warner Cable's Greensboro, NC system has selected VenturCom's BXP software for its call center operations.

BXP software enables on-demand streaming of both the operating system and applications. If a call center, or any organization, is integrating VoIP into their strategies, BXP makes it possible to be used.  While call centers often rely on VoIP, thin-client architecture will not allow for this because it does not provide VoIP capabilities. This next-generation solution or the "Thin PC" allows both the operating system and the applications to be delivered and managed centrally so VoIP is made possible while the user has full speed and functionality, as well as access to local peripherals.

BXP not only offers Time Warner Cable the IT management and the flexibility of agent deployment, but also enables the cable operator to increase call center productivity and maintain its leadership in customer satisfaction.  The Time Warner Cable implementation in Greensboro will include a new option for the BXP solution that provides redundant servers and prevents system failure.
