Business Benefits: The hosted solution eliminates building and maintenance costs and allows a great deal of flexibility given budget constraints. Virtual Call Center Suite can be implemented quickly and allows numerous agents to work remotely. Also, dispersing calls to those remote agents no longer racks up toll charges.
