With 23 years of experience developing and deploying speech technology products, David is the CTO for SpeechPhone, an enhanced service provider that hosts voice activated applications. David also chairs the VoiceXML Forum Tools Committee. He has ten U.S. patents and has published over 20 papers on speech processing.
