Matt Whipple began his career in the Speech industry with Nuance in 2000. Following that he went to work as the lead VUI designer for a small consulting firm for just over a year. He successfully designed a number of applications for the Healthcare and Utilities industries. He joined Avaya in 2005 as a member of the IVR professional services group. In this role he has been responsible for presales, VUI design, and technical implementation. He holds a bachelors degree from Purdue University.
