AVST Unveils Product Line for SMBs
Applied Voice & Speech Technologies Wednesday rolled out AVST CX-S (CX-S), a new product line that delivers highly interoperable enterprise-class unified communications (UC) solutions for small-to-midsized businesses.
SMBs looking to maximize user and business productivity can now affordably acquire an all-in-one UC solution that includes AVST Mobile for iPhone and Android speech-enabled automated attendant and personal assistant, unified messaging, single number reach, and voice mail on an interoperable UC platform.
CX-S is available in four configurations: 50 users, 100 users, 150 users, and 200 users, all of which come standard with a three-year software and hardware warranty. Reflecting AVST's focus on interoperability, CX-S ships standard with the following IP integrations: Alcatel SIP, Avaya IP Office SIP, Avaya Communications Manager SIP, Cisco Unified Communication Manager SCCP, Intelligent Gateway for Microsoft OCS/Lync SIP, ShoreTel ShoreGear SIP, and Dialogic Media Gateway. In addition, CX-S integrates with all of the leading premise-based and cloud e-mail solutions, including Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 and Google Gmail.
AVST's UC-Mobile solution for iPhone and Android includes:
- speech-enabled and DTMF automated attendant;
- speech-enabled personal assistant;
- unified messaging: server-based, client-based, secure and simplified;
- single number reach;
- mobile number protection;
- voice mail;
- pre-installed CX-S software on a Dell server; and
- a three-year software and hardware warranty.
