Parliant Introduces PhoneHerald Broadcast Dialer Speech Powered by Acapela

Parliant, a developer of Mac-based computer telephony products for business and consumer use, chose Acapela text to speech to give a voice to its new Mac-based PhoneHerald Broadcast Dialer, which turns a Mac into an automated group dialing and IVR system.

PhoneHerald offers automatic dialing, personalized message delivery and response collection for businesses and institutions.

The individual phone message is delivered with Acapela tones, reading out loud personalized information.

PhoneHerald is a combination of USB phone adapter hardware and Mac OS X software.

App-line Chooses Acapela's Voices for Sibilo

App-line, a provider of voice servers, chose Acapela to speech-enable its Sibilo range in Europe, Canada and Northern Africa.

App-line's Sibilo range - with main products Sibilo Voice and Sibilo Contact center - includes development solutions and can be integrated into third-party products: CRM, professional applications, Help Desk software, etc. Sibilo Voice is an Interactive Voice Response server (IVR). It has built-in VoiceXML portal development functions. Sibilo Voice uses SSML (Speech Synthesis Mark-up Language), which is used to control audio output parameters such as pronunciation, volume, tone, speed, etc.

Acapela's voices are there to read out the script.

Acapela TTS Voices Power VisioVoice for Mac OS X

AssistiveWare, a provider of assistive technology software for Mac OS X, chose Acapela golden tones for VisioVoice for Mac OS X.

Cephalo Campus Uses Acapela

Cephalo Campus, an ASP specialized in telecom-Internet connections chose Acapela's golden tones to give a voice to its unified messaging service range.

Sending information to customers, marketing campaigns, appointment or deadline reminders, or sending critical information in industrial, medical or alert services: Cephalo TTS can vocalize a written message and send it to any phone, mobile or land-line with customized data (name of contact, dates, etc.)

Acapela's speech synthesis, which can read out any information including names, numbers and currencies, will render the information over the phone with voice. The information can be sent to a list of contacts in a fast, precise and customized fashion.

Cephalo TTS is available in French, U.S. and U.K. English, and will soon be deployed in German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. It can be integrated into existing software solutions, alone or as a complement to other Cephalo® applications.
